Bio and Practice

After working as a research attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Cindy A. Diamond began the practice of law in San Jose, as an attorney at the Rose & Arnold law firm. There, she honed her legal research skills and developed a tenacious, persistent and aggressive courtroom style. Cindy Diamond has since worked in a mid-size firm doing both criminal defense work and civil business litigation, in another small law firm, and for eight years she maintained a lively trial practice based in her own San Jose office. She has developed a sub-specialty of doing criminal defense work in high-tech, trade secret, and factually complex cases.

Cindy Diamond is known for bringing sharp intelligence, excellent writing skills, and a touch of humanity into her criminal defense practice. She strives to give her clients complete information about the law and their own circumstances, as she searches for the best solution to their current legal predicament. Creative solutions are explored. Under trying circumstances, she offers dignity and compassion to her client base.
